Governor Ayade orders waterboard to restore water supply in Calabar metropolis immediately
Worried by the lack of water in calabar metropolis, Cross River State Governor Professor Ben Ayade today ordered the management of Cross River State water board to restore power and provide water for Cross Riverians with immediate effect.
The Governor gave the directive while inspecting a state of the art tram eternal geophysical survey equipment which uses the principle of eco-sounding to detect the depth with which clean water can be found. The equipment was procured by his government to ensure that portable water is provided for Cross Riverians.
You will recall they have been widespread concern about the irregular production and distribution of water in the metrópolis in recent times which necessitated the visit and intervention by Gov Ayade,with the Governor’s stand providing respite and effectively putting an end to the temporary water crisis that has plaged the state.
