Ayade: Views from abroad
Cross River state governor, Professor Ben Ayade’s performance in office is resonating beyond the shores of Nigeria.
Enamoured by his achievements, some foreigners have taken to social media platforms to eulogise him with some of them expressing optimism that the Cross River state governor would do well if voted in as Nigeria’s president. They urged Nigerians to look his way for the 2023 presidency.
One of the commentators, Lynn Jamie Atei Aemma, wished Ayade is his country’s president. “A rare specie of a leader. He is just one in a million. If we put him in Cameroon, just after six months, he will be pressurized by the monsters. We have to start behaving like the untouchable leaders in Yaounde and provincial headquarters”, he said in a twit.
For Martin Chiy, “If this man (Governor Ayade) contests for president, i will campaign for him and ask Nigerians to vote for him.These are the leaders we need and not the monsters in Yaounde”
Addison Temmbei Mua is unsparing in his praises for Ayade: “Great leader of all times.Your leadership isn’t in word but indeed. God is with thee sir”
Kenah Oscar Meh on his part describes governor Ayade’s achievements in Cross River in the last six years as ” true benefits of a federated state”.
And according to George Babila Nfon, “Ayade is one of the best governors in Nigeria”
